Our Story

Zaggy began just before Covid, when sisters-in-law Kiran and Shama set out to create toys that felt closer to home.

Growing up, we played with dolls that didn’t look like us or reflect our stories. We wanted to change that. At Zaggy, we make toys that celebrate our culture, from dolls in shalwar kameez to cricket-loving characters, each one designed to spark imagination and a sense of belonging.

Beyond representation, we wanted toys that last, not the kind that break and are quickly forgotten. Each Zaggy toy is handmade with love, designed to be special, durable, and full of heart.

What began as a small home project grew after the lockdown, when we partnered with the Kiran Foundation to build a team of talented women who now craft these toys from home. For them, Zaggy offers creative expression and income, a chance to support their families while doing something they love.

Every Zaggy toy carries a story of imagination, care, and the many hands that bring it to life.

At Zaggy, our story is still being written — with every product crafted, and every customer who becomes part of our journey.
