Since the toys are handmade, each piece can vary somewhat in size and look. The sizing depends on the unique tension of each crocheter, the thickness of the yarn, and even their mood! Fun fact: Your mood can affect how tight you crochet and affect the size of your toy on a given day!

Our dolls are entirely handmade using crochet. Crochet is such an intricate art that it cannot be replicated by a machine, unlike most other textiles. If you see a crochet piece, you know that it is the result of meticulous work by a crochet artist!

Unfortunately, we don’t customize toys. However, we can personalize many of them by adding a name or an initial on the toy to make it truly unique! We also have a Design Your Own series of dolls and monsters, where we send you a worksheet that your child (or the child in you!) can use to design their own unique toy.

We use plastic safety eyes for our toys. Safety eyes have a stem at the back and washer, which keeps them in place. Plus we reinforce the washer with glue. However, since nothing is fail-safe, and for children under 3, we recommend crocheted eyes. We have crochet eye options for many of our toys.

Yes, your Zaggy toy is washable by hand, or on a gentle cycle, in a mesh bag or pillowcase. Lay flat to dry.

While we don’t gift wrap, all our products are sold in an adorable printed cloth draw string bag, making them ready for gifting.

Yes, we use Trax to deliver all across Pakistan with a delivery fee. However, we do not ship internationally at this time.
